classes usually meet once per week for two consecutive hours.
Each group determines class times and the frequency of the meetings is
flexible.
Participants may join an already established session or create their
own group session comprised of friends, family, co-workers, etc.
There is a minimum of 5 students per session and a maximum of 15.
